The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care and assists the healthcare team in meeting the personal and clinical needs of patients within a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. CNAs work under licensed nursing staff to help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients with higher acuity needs.
This role requires certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support patients requiring extended medical care in an LTAC setting. Candidates must be prepared for a schedule involving 12-hour shifts on a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation, starting on March 4th.
