Hourly pay

$16.50 + shift differential ($0.50 – $2.00, if applicable)

Key Responsibilities • Collaborative Care

  • Actively participate in treatment planning and team meetings
  • Client
  • Support: Assist clients with daily living activities and provide education as needed
  • Program
  • Monitoring: Ensure clients follow program rules and report behaviors to supervisors
  • Medication
  • Oversight: Follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff
  • Admissions &
  • Orientation: Support intake processes including safety checks and specimen collection
  • Transportation: Provide transportation assistance when needed

Education and Experience Qualifications • Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 2 years of consistent work history
  • License: Valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

For kirksville rcf staff, illinois staff, and kansas residential staff only

Must provide evidence that incumbent is free of infectious and contagious disease, such as tb, prior to beginning employment and annually thereafter.

  • Prior experience in behavioral health or a related field is a plus
