Key Responsibilities Collaborative Care: Actively participate in treatment planning and team meetings Client Support: Assist clients with daily living activities and provide education as needed Program Monitoring: Ensure clients follow program rules and report behaviors to supervisors Medication Oversight: Follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff Admissions & Orientation: Support intake processes including safety checks and specimen collection Transportation: Provide transportation assistance when needed Education and Experience Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: At least 2 years of consistent work history License: Valid driver’s license Must be at least 21 years of age For Kirksville RCF staff, Illinois staff, and Kansas Residential staff only: Must provide evidence that incumbent is free of infectious and contagious disease, such as TB, prior to beginning employment and annually thereafter.
