Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions and discharge planning.
A current California Physical Therapist (PT) license is required. New graduates are welcome and will be provided with structured 1-on-1 mentorship.
