Job description

Key Responsibilities\n * Patient Monitoring & Care: Interpret telemetry, manage vasoactive drips, and handle complex devices like chest tubes and ventilators.\n * Assessment & Action: Utilize clinical judgment to recognize patient deterioration and respond to evolving needs.\n * Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians and the care team to implement, document, and update patient treatment plans.\n\n \nQualifications\n * Licensure: Active VA or Compact RN license.\n * Experience: 1–2 years of recent acute care (PCU/ICU) experience.\n * Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.\n * Skills: Proficiency in arrhythmia recognition and high-turnover patient management.\n * Preferred: BSN and PCCN certification.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer: ATC Healthcare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
