Responsibilities

Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor and family member/MD as appropriate.

Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of California Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred Excellent interpersonal and client care skills Valid driver’s license First aid/CPR certification required
