Provide consultative infectious disease care to patients in both inpatient hospital settings and outpatient clinics. Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers to serve the Waukesha County community.
Must hold an MD or DO degree and have completed an ACGME-accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship. Candidates must be board certified or eligible and possess a valid Wisconsin medical license and DEA certification.
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship program. Board certified or board eligible in Infectious Diseases. Eligible for or currently holds an unrestricted Wisconsin medical license. DEA certification required.
