Applicants must hold a current Virginia state or compact state RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days, and ACLS is preferred.
Market context
Virginia hospitals and surgery centers commonly look for OR circulator RNs with current Virginia or compact-state licensure, prior operating room or surgical experience, and BLS/ACLS completed soon after hire. These roles can be competitive because employers often prefer BSN-prepared nurses and candidates who can step into a fast-paced perioperative setting with limited orientation. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and recent OR experience before applying.
