Perform complex laboratory testing to detect, diagnose, and treat diseases within the microbiology department. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care and community health.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a Medical Laboratory Technician program or a related field with equivalent experience. Proficiency in laboratory procedures and communication skills are required, while MLT (ASCP) certification and microbiology experience are preferred.

Monday-Friday 7am-330p. Weekend rotation is every third weekend and rotating holidays, one winter and one summer.
1. Must have skills necessary to perform procedures contained in the laboratory procedure manual, including specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results.- Microbiology experience preferred. 2. Demonstrated communication, organization, and prioritization skills required. 3. Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred.
1. Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field 2. Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
