The PCNA provides essential patient care activities and clerical support as delegated by the Registered Nurse. Key duties include monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Candidates must have a high school equivalent or GED and obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days. Proficiency in communication, flexibility, and basic computer skills are required, with hospital experience preferred.
