Requires a high school diploma or GED and certifications in CPR/First Aid and TOVA. One year of experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred.

Assists program participants with daily living activities Completes daily documentation in electronic records system Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties Participate in service training Communicates appropriately with program participants, staff, and community affiliations Maintains documentation in compliance with all licensing agencies May involve lifting Physical interventions Requirements and Qualifications: Obtains and maintains certifications in CPR/First Aid and TOVA throughout employment. High school diploma or equivalent degree (GED) Minimum one year of experience working with persons with disabilities preferred Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills Problem-solving aptitude Great verbal and written communication skills Computer skills and the ability to type daily documentation To apply for this position, a completed SOAR365 application is required.
