The PTA is responsible for providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching within a home setting. All activities are performed based on physician orders and under the supervision of the Clinical Manager.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited PTA program and hold a current state license. Additional requirements include CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation with insurance.

This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant educational program Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
