Perform quality Nuclear Medicine procedures while maintaining a focus on patient safety and customer service. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of the Radiology Department.
Requires an associate degree in radiology or nuclear medicine technology and registration by ARRT(R)(N) or NMTCB. Candidates must be licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts and possess BLS certification.
The Nuclear Medicine technologist will support patient care by performing quality Nuclear Medicine procedures and other duties as assigned. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will consistently maintain focus on customer service and safety. Enhances quality by participating in performance improvement. Supports the Radiology Department and reports to the Nuclear Medicine /Radiology Director.
Job Requirements Associate degree from an accredited school of radiology or nuclear medicine technology Registered by the ARRT(R)(N) or NMTCB in good standing Licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts One year of experience as an ARRT (R)(N) or NMTCB BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
