Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Requires a BSN or ADN degree and current nursing licensure in the state of employment. BCLS certification is required within one month, ACLS within one year, and previous OR experience is preferred.
