The Clinical Nurse integrates theoretical knowledge and clinical experience to provide professional nursing care to patients and families. They are responsible for mastering technical skills and supervising delegated nursing acts based on staff abilities.
An Associate's Degree in Nursing and a valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse License are required, along with BLS certification. A Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse are strongly preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant - System Float T2 0.6 FTE (8 hour days)
Housekeeper - Waukesha 4pm - 12:30am - 2nd Shift
Physical Therapist Case Manager- Home Health- 1.0 FTE
RN Case Manager - Home Health - 1.0 FTE - Days
Visit RN - Home Health & Hospice - 0.8 FTE - Days
RN Home Palliative Case Manager - .9 FT - Full TIme Days
Certified Nursing Assistant - System Float T2 0.6 FTE (8 hour days)
Housekeeper - Waukesha 4pm - 12:30am - 2nd Shift
Respiratory Care Practitioner - Waukesha Memorial - 0.9 FTE, Days
Registered Nurse (RN)- Waukesha Memorial Hospital- Inpatient Oncology 0.6 FTE NOCS (Weekend Program)
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Urgent Care - Full Time
CT/Diagnostic Radiologic Tech - 0.5 Part Time with Benefits - Waukesha/ PKE
