Locations
Provide consultative behavioral health services to primary care providers and patients in long-term care settings. Manage behavioral conditions and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Requires a current Rhode Island NP license, PMHNP certification, and DEA licensure. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in long-term or community care and a valid driver's license for travel.
Current, unrestricted NP license in the state of Rhode Island or the ability to obtain prior to start date PMHNP Certification (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) Current, active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations (unless prohibited in state of practice) 1+ years of experience in a long-term care setting or community setting Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel between nursing homes and/or care settings within a designated area Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between nursing homes and/or care settings
3+ years of experience in a long-term care setting or community setting Demonstrated post-grad hands-on clinical experience Demonstrated ability to move up to 30 pounds Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
