The clinician is responsible for meeting the psychosocial needs of pediatric patients and families through clinical assessments and crisis intervention. This includes providing supportive counseling and collaborating with healthcare teams and community professionals.
A Master's in Social Work and at least 2 years of experience serving children and families are required. Candidates must obtain an LMSW within one year of hire, with an LCSW preferred.
This position is accountable for meeting the psychosocial needs of patients and families through clinical assessment, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, case consultation with the health care team and collaboration with other professionals in the community. Reports to the Manager of Child & Family Support Services
