The Home Health and Hospice RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care and coordinating services for clients in their homes. This includes developing care plans, teaching patient care skills, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Candidates must have a current Registered Nurse license in Iowa and a diploma, associate, or bachelor's degree in nursing. Experience in home health care is preferred, and CPR certification must be obtained within three months of hire.
