Market context

North Dakota pediatric locum demand

Locum pediatrics roles in North Dakota often reflect coverage needs in communities where pediatric clinicians may be harder to recruit and retain. This role is competitive because it requires an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, and a valid state license, while the hourly pay and travel support can make scheduling flexibility important.
