About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join The Portland Clinic’s collaborative, multispecialty team as a Primary Care Physician delivering comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients (or all ages for Family Medicine). This role emphasizes proactive health maintenance, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within an innovative, value-driven model. With strong referral relationships, integrated care resources, and EPIC EHR, physicians enjoy clinical autonomy with robust support. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with a predictable schedule, no hospital call, and a strong pathway to partnership. Portland’s wellness-oriented population is highly engaged in preventive care, and The Portland Clinic’s longstanding presence ensures deep community trust. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in relevant specialty Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to equity, kindness, teamwork, and excellent clinical care
