Provide comprehensive outpatient general cardiology care and interpret various cardiac diagnostic tests. Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to develop a new outpatient cardiology service line and quality initiatives.
Must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Candidates must be eligible for Oregon medical licensure and possess excellent communication skills.
The Portland Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist (Non-Invasive and/or Invasive Non-Interventional) to help establish and grow a new, modern outpatient Cardiology service line. This is a rare opportunity to build a high-quality program within a respected, physician-led medical group. This position is 100% outpatient, supported by a strong internal referral network across primary care and 20+ specialties. Candidates will have flexibility to develop clinical interests such as cardiac imaging, heart failure, preventive cardiology, or women’s heart health. Partnership eligibility is available after two years. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient general cardiology care. Interpret ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and ambulatory cardiac monitoring. Collaborate closely with internal medicine, family medicine, and specialty colleagues. Contribute to service-line development, including clinical protocols and quality initiatives. MD or DO. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Non-invasive and/or invasive (non-interventional) cardiologists welcome. Eligible for Oregon medical licensure. Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
