The RN is responsible for assessing patients, planning care, and documenting findings according to hospital policies. They also provide leadership by overseeing staff and ensuring exemplary patient care and proper medication administration.
Applicants must have a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license and an associate degree in nursing. BLS certification is required, while ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care certifications are preferred.
Job Type: Full-Time | Nights
Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7p-7a), 4 Weekend Shifts per Month

Copper Springs Avondale is a behavioral health hospital located in Avondale, Arizona, serving the greater Phoenix metro area. We provide inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment for adolescents and adults in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
Our programs include inpatient psychiatric care, detox services, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), allowing us to support patients at every stage of their healing and recovery journey. We also offer 24/7 walk in access, ensuring timely care for individuals in crisis.
