The NICU RN is responsible for assessing the health status of neonatal patients and ensuring all procedures follow established standards of care. They must administer medications and parenteral therapies while meticulously documenting all aspects of patient care.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed in New Jersey with BLS and NRP Part I certifications. A BSN is preferred or must be obtained within three years of hire.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey BSN preferred or must be obtained within three (3) years of hire date BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part I required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Provider) certification Part II obtained during clinical orientation
45.00 - 58.00 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
