Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with RMA, CMA (AAMA certification), or LPN credentials. A current CPR/BLS card is also required.
The ETSU College of Nursing, Office of Practice invites applications for a PRN Patient Care Specialist for the Johnson City Community Health Center.
The Patient Care Specialist supports clinical operations in a healthcare setting by assisting nurses with direct patient care. Key responsibilities include administering injections, performing EKGs, collecting specimens, assisting with procedures and examinations, and completing carious non-professional nursing and clerical tasks. This role requires a solid understanding of basic nursing principles and practices.
