Job Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Answer phones and coordinate communication between residents, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
Provide personalized assistance, companion care, and/or escort services to residents.
Lend support to individuals in completing their daily living tasks and helps to promote healthy socialization and quality of life.
Requires a high school education or equivalent ability to complete reports and basic math. Candidates must have experience in home health, long-term care, or working with elderly/cognitively impaired individuals.
