Provide individual, group, and family therapy while completing psychosocial assessments and developing effective treatment plans. Support patients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use to facilitate safe discharge planning.
Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapy required Must have a valid/active clinical license in Utah. MUST BE FULLY LICENSED (LCSW, CMHC or LFMT) ABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS (SAT & SUN from 9am - 5pm) Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention.
