This position covers Snohomish County (Everett, Marysville, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Lake Stevens, Mukilteo, Arlington, Monroe) as the main coverage area. The ideal candidate is someone with home health experience and enjoys work with a high-level of autonomy.

Schedule, Pay and Benefits
Full-time Monday through Friday, flexible scheduling.
Hourly $55 - 65 /hour DOE + Mileage Reimbursement.
Sign-on Bonus up to $7,000 for full-time.
Medical/Dental/Vision available the 1st of the month after hire.
Paid company holidays, 2+ weeks PTO and 401k match after 90 days.

Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in Washington and a degree from a CAPTE-accredited program (Bachelor's or Doctorate). A valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and BLS CPR certification are also required.
