Must be a Board Certified Medical Doctor licensed to work in New York with at least one year of primary care clinic experience. Requires CPR certification and a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle.

· Licensed to work in the state of New York as a Medical Doctor · Board Certification · CPR certified · Knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise · Minimum 1 year experience in a primary care clinic · Legal authorization to work in the United States · A valid State Driver's license with clean records and access to insured automobile
