• We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Medford, Oregon at Avamere at Three Fountains.
• This 117-bed skilled nursing community is part of a larger campus that includes a health club and swimming pool that can be used for therapy.
• Other amenities include a large therapy gym, therapy kitchen, break area, and excellent SLP space with a quiet office.
