Salary
$30 - $38 / HOUR
Provide chairside assistance to orthodontists during procedures, including placing and adjusting braces and taking patient scans. Educate patients on oral hygiene and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Candidates must possess a valid Minnesota Dental Assistant License. Strong interpersonal skills and the physical ability to perform manual dexterity tasks and lift up to 30 lbs are required.

We are hiring an Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant to join our growing orthodontic practice. This is a full-time dental assisting position ideal for someone who enjoys chairside assisting, patient education, and working in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.
What You’ll Do Assist orthodontists chairside during procedures Place, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands (as directed) Take X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient progress photos Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and braces aftercare Maintain accurate patient records in EMR Coordinate with clinical and front office teams; cross-train as needed Benefits & Perks Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Company-paid STD/LTD 401(k) with up to 4% company match
