The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients to restore occupational function across various bodily systems. Responsibilities include establishing therapy goals, formulating treatment plans, and documenting patient status.
Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and National Board Certification. CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire, and a driver's license is needed for driving evaluations.

The Occupational Therapist assists patients in the restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment. Performs examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility skills. Includes gathering information from the patient chart, patient and family, or other source as appropriate.
