The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant assists in administering treatment plans under the general supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This includes providing patient care and communicating condition changes to the treatment team.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure as a COTA, and NBCOT registration. A valid driver's license, insurance, and CPR certification are also required.
