We're seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Fort Collins, Co. At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement. We offer: Starting Annual Salary - $98,100 to $131,850 Relocation potential up to $5,000 Student loan repayment potential

Education: Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Licensure: Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must Experience: 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred SAL789 The application window is anticipated to close by 10/31/26
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with an unrestricted Colorado license. Three years of clinical experience and Spanish speaking ability are preferred.
