The Ophthalmic Scribe is responsible for real-time documentation of patient-provider encounters and managing EMR charts. They also perform various ophthalmic diagnostic tests and assist with clinical flow and patient education.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of medical or ophthalmic scribing experience and advanced knowledge of medical coding. Proficiency in EMR documentation and familiarity with ocular pharmacology is highly preferred.

We’re seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Scribe 2 with advanced coding knowledge to support our providers and enhance the patient experience.
In this role, you will document real-time patient encounters, support clinical flow, and perform ophthalmic testing. You are cross-trained across specialties and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
