The lead therapist will facilitate therapy groups and conduct psychosocial assessments for a Women's Trauma IOP Program. Responsibilities include developing patient documentation, implementing treatment care plans, and managing effective discharge planning.
A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or mental health counseling and a valid license (LMSW/LISW) are required. Candidates should have 0-1 year of experience in psychiatric healthcare and preferably a Trauma-Focused CBT certification.
