The Advanced Practice Provider delivers high-quality care through comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment, education, and follow-up. They work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care from hospital encounters through outpatient communication and coordination.
Candidates must have a Master's degree from an accredited nursing program or graduation from an accredited PA program, along with an active Maryland license and current certifications. Prior experience in Pulmonology or acute care is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and proficiency with electronic medical records.
