Clarity Healthcare, part of Centerstone of Illinois, is seeking a passionate Clinical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient behavioral health team in Quincy, Illinois. As part of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program, you'll help expand access to high-quality mental health and substance use treatment while supporting individuals and families on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Therapist, you'll provide high-quality outpatient counseling services while helping clients achieve lasting recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities

INCLUDE:

  • Provide individual and group therapy services
  • Complete clinical assessments and intake evaluations
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Coordinate care with community resources and support systems
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Assist clients with discharge planning and ongoing recovery support
  • Advocate for client needs and access to services

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current (or soon-to-be) active licensure in
  • Illinois as: LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW
  • Willingness to provide telehealth services (training provided).

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and possess an active Illinois licensure (LPC, LSW, LCPC, or LCSW). Proficiency in telehealth services and evidence-based interventions is also required.
