The CNA will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents and assist them with activities of daily living according to care plans. They will also observe and report changes in resident conditions and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Candidates must have an active CNA certification in the state of California and possess a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
