The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide skilled visits to patients in their homes, focusing on personalized care and addressing the full scope of their needs. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections with patients and helping them overcome challenges in their daily life and recovery.
Candidates must hold a current license with the state Board of Nursing and have at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health. Physical ability to perform tasks such as heavy lifting and a valid driver's license with dependable transportation are also required.
