The LPN provides direct patient care under RN supervision, including administering medications and assisting with assessments. They implement rehabilitation nursing interventions and develop individualized teaching plans for patients and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited LPN/LVN program with current state licensure and CPR/BLS certification. Six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting is preferred, and IV certification is highly desired.

Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
How you’ll contribute
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient’s needs.
