(HYBRID): 1 day/week remote + 4 days in-office (North Glendale/Phoenix) 💰PAY: (Starting Range) $85k-$101k/annually (based on experience) + participate in our Scheduled Raise Program up to 2x/year 🕒SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Friday OR Part-time w/hourly pay 🏥BENEFITS: Comprehensive health package, PTO/PST, 12 paid holidays, 401(k), paid parental leave, and more!

The Job

This position conducts psychological assessments for individuals of all ages who may be at risk for autism spectrum disorder, other emotional, behavioral, or learning disorders, and/or developmental and intellectual disabilities. This role also involves providing individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy services primarily to individuals with neurodevelopmental and related disorders as well as their family members. This position includes active involvement in conducting evaluations with clients and diagnostic report preparation. This role also serves as support for other diagnostic staff members, including providing direct supervision and oversight of practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral residents.

Essential Duties

Provide diagnostic services

Conduct diagnostic evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults who have concerns for neurodevelopmental, emotional, and/or behavioral disorders.

Develop written diagnostic reports with all necessary information for individuals & families to qualify for service delivery systems (e.g., Arizona Medicaid or DDD).

Supervise students’ (e.g., post-doctoral residents, interns, and/or practicum students), and any unlicensed staffs’ administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychological assessments.

Provide therapeutic services (as assigned)

Requirements

Requires a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and eligibility for licensure as a psychologist in Arizona. Candidates must have experience in administering psychological tests and treating individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
