What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care Educate patients on oral health and long-term wellness Partner with doctors to support comprehensive patient treatment Build trust and strong patient relationships through compassionate care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!) A current CPR certification

Compensation

$50.00 per hour plus hygiene comp up to a $15K sign on bonus for full time About Us

Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist with a current CPR certification and local anesthesia certification where applicable. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
