Provide comprehensive primary care including patient assessments, physical exams, and the development of action plans to meet patient goals. Coordinate care with healthcare teams and specialists while managing pain and facilitating advance directives.
Requires a medical degree from an accredited school and completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program. Must hold a current Pennsylvania medical license, DEA license, and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
