Provide direct case planning services to children in foster care to ensure safety, wellbeing, and permanency. Coordinate with parents, foster parents, and clinical staff to develop service plans and facilitate family reunification.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and knowledge of the child welfare system, with one year of experience preferred. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be able to work in-person in NYC.
Case Planner provides constructive services to children in foster care that improve their functioning. Connect parents to services that address family challenges and assist them with reuniting with their child.
