The LPN is responsible for implementing resident care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions. They provide basic medical care and support RNs in executing healthcare directives.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license in the applicable state. Experience in geriatric care and strong communication skills are preferred.
Baylor position!!! Work 32 hours and receive 8 hours of Baylor pay!!!
Patient Care: Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs. Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects. Support RN: Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives. Resident Observation: Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
Active LPN license in the applicable state. Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
