The LPN is responsible for implementing resident care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions. They provide basic medical care and maintain accurate medical charts while supporting Registered Nurses.

Patient Care: Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs. Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects. Support RN: Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives. Resident Observation: Monitor residents conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
Record patient information and updates accurately in medical charts.
