How you’ll contribute
Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
Collaborates with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
Performs other duties as assigned

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current state PT license and BLS/CPR certification. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
