Hickory Creek Crawfordsville is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). This role offers consistent scheduling, a supportive clinical team, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care in a skilled nursing environment.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships by learning the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our LPNs provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, supporting both the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a care environment centered on dignity, compassion, and quality outcomes, while also supporting the nursing team and ensuring continuity of care.
