About the role

Perform sonography services at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, providing patient-centered healthcare. Participate in a specific shift rotation including weeknights, weekends, and on-call duties.

  • New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify. This is a full-time position (70 hours per pay period) consisting of seven 10.25-hour shifts per two-week pay period. The schedule includes five weeknight shifts from 8:30 PM–7:15 AM and two weekend shifts from 2:00 PM–12:45 AM. The role requires flexibility throughout the week, including weekends and holidays, as well as participation in the on-call rotation with the team. This position is located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas shares a campus with many physician offices and medical buildings, including Scripps Clinic Encinitas and an outpatient imaging center. Required Qualifications

One of the following: 1) Associate of Science Degree Certification in Ultrasound in a school that is accredit. 2) Successful completion of a formal educational program in an AMA approved school of ultrasound with a minimum of 500 hours of clinical in the specialty required. 3) Registered in the specialty that you are applied for by ARDMS or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) with at least 1 year of full-time experience required ARDMS or CCI BLS from the American Heart Association · RVT or RVS and ARDMS(AB/BR/OBGYN)

Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of ultrasound experience

Requirements

Requires an Associate degree in Ultrasound or completion of an AMA approved program, and certification by ARDMS or CCI. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
