What You’ll Do Patient Care & Clinical Support Welcome and prepare patients for visits while ensuring a warm, professional experience Verify medical histories, update chart notes, and assist with preliminary assessments Support physicians by preparing patients for exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing Perform clinical tasks such as injections, immunizations, wound care, and infection management Assist with care plans and patient education, including lifestyle, diet, and health maintenance guidance Practice Operations Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage messages with professionalism Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict confidentiality standards Serve as a reliable support to the physician during urgent or complex situations Demonstrate sound judgment in determining when to consult supervising providers What We’re Looking For High school diploma required Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or related clinical training program Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient‑focused demeanor Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly in a busy clinical setting Previous clinical or cardiology experience is a plus
Candidates must have a high school diploma and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or related clinical training program. Previous experience in a clinical or cardiology setting is preferred.
