Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) We are seeking a highly skilled Full Time Day Shift Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse to join our advanced cardiovascular surgical team in Largo, MD. In this highly specialized role, you will function as a clinical expert, delivering exceptional care during complex cardiovascular procedures while serving as a trusted resource for patients and families through education, advocacy, and clinical guidance. Working in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment, you will independently circulate a diverse range of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures, including CABG, AVR, Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement, Tricuspid Valve Repair, and advanced endovascular cases. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, perfusionists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless surgical operations, outstanding patient outcomes, and the highest standards of cardiovascular care.
6:45 AM – 5:15 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland or eligibility to practice under Compact state agreements in accordance with the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON), required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
Minimum of 2–3 years of Operating Room experience required.
1–2 years of CVOR or open-heart experience required. Clinical experience across cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures.
Ability to independently circulate high-acuity, complex cardiac cases in a fast-paced surgical environment. Must be able to independently circulate. Scrub experience strongly preferred.

Pay
Range: $42.03 - $53.30/hr.
